Building Respect and Resolving Conflict: The Fundamentals for All course has been designed with the competing demands of the modern workplace in mind. The entire course is just over one hour long. This can be done at the user’s own pace, based on a schedule that serves them (and you!) best. Once completed, a participant will come away with the legal and practical requirements necessary to communicate and resolve conflicts respectfully.
Participants can use this training on the device of their choice, whether on their laptop, tablet or mobile (Android and iOS), as long as they are connected to the internet.
Participants who attain a quiz score of 80% or higher on each post-video quiz will be issued a certificate of completion. This helps organizations objectively demonstrate that their workforce has been taught the skills to communicate and behave in a respectful manner and has been given tips on how to resolve conflict effectively.
