This course, our second course in the “Building Respect and Resolving Conflict” training series, focuses on the critical role of the workplace leader. This short 11-video course is approximately 1.5 hours and can be done at the participant’s own pace. Once completed, leaders will know their legal responsibilities in creating a respectful workplace and what steps are needed to resolve conflict.
Participants can use this training on the device of their choice, whether on their laptop, tablet or mobile (Android and iOS), as long as they are connected to the internet.
The course is accompanied by the MIRROR Method Workbook, which offers workplace leaders many tips and tools for diagnosing and resolving workplace conflict and dysfunction, including forms, checklists, and critical Q&As.
Participants who attain a quiz score of 80% or higher on each post-video quiz will be issued a certificate of completion. This helps organizations objectively demonstrate that their workforce has been taught the skills to communicate and behave in a respectful manner and has been given tips on how to resolve conflict effectively.
