Marli facilitated the “Building Effective Teams” workshop for one of our Seniors Living sites, and it was really well received by both our frontline staff and management team. She created a comfortable, welcoming space and did a great job tailoring the session to the specific challenges we were experiencing, so the content felt very relevant and practical. Our team left with a better understanding of personality styles, useful communication tools, and the included book has been a great, practical resource—we’d definitely work with Marli again.
