Our team had the opportunity to participate in Marli’s one day Building Respect and Resolving Conflict training, and it was an incredibly valuable experience. The session was highly interactive, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to create a safe and supportive learning environment. Marli’s facilitation style encouraged open and honest discussion, even around challenging topics like conflict and difficult conversations.

The training provided practical tools and strategies that we can immediately apply in our work, and the accompanying resource book is an excellent reference to help us continue to build our skills. We left the session feeling more equipped, confident, and connected as a team. This training is a must for any organization committed to fostering respect, communication and collaboration in the workplace.
