I want to thank the BC Principals’ & Vice-Principals’ Association so much for the opportunity to share my thoughts on this important topic! The BCPVPA does an amazing job providing its members with leadership development, representation and advocacy.

Leaders need to understand that fair investigations lead to strong working relationships, which in turn lead to safe and respectful work environments. And respectful work environments foster high quality learning opportunities for our students. It’s all connected.
