Staff feedback was very positive.  In fact I quote: “Marli delivered an effective approach to respectful workplace training that kept us engaged and focused on creating an inclusive and safe workplace environment.” Staff added they could relate to the content in the session and are looking forward to future opportunities. I also believe that Marli’s previous work with the District created trust with the Fire Department as their feedback was very encouraging not only to myself but other staff as well.
